Settling disputes

In accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, we hereby inform consumers that we do not recognize any out-of-court dispute resolution provider as competent for the resolution of consumer disputes.

Notwithstanding the above, consumers may submit complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
