2. Product Offer

We offer artistic canvas paintings and art prints. All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT.

3. Orders

Orders are placed through the website. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via Pošta Slovenije or a courier service. The estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

  • Pro forma invoice (bank transfer)

  • Card payment

  • Cash on delivery (if available)

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

7. Complaints and Defects

Complaints are accepted via email at info@ninajadric.com. In the event of a material defect, the customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund.

8. Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Slovenia.
