Right of Withdrawal

The customer may withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Send a notification to: info@ninajadric.com

• Return the product to the company address.

• Upon receipt of the returned product, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.

Custom-Made Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products (e.g. artwork with a personal motif), except in cases of defect or non-conformity.

Reclamations (Complaints)

If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include a photograph clearly showing the issue.
